Timeframes depend on the scope of work. Projects are scheduled to start as soon as possible based on the availability of both the contractor and homeowner. 

Most projects do require a permit and McGraw Construction does all of the footwork to obtain permits and inspections in accordance with city requirements.

Starts with a free phone consultation where we discuss your project and set up a time to meet in person. Then we will discuss your project in detail so that we can come up with the best possible solution, next we provide a quote. Then we order all the necessary materials and permits to bring your project to life.  

Absolutely, changes are expected throughout the process and the initial remodeling contract can easily be updated to reflect any requested change orders as needed.  Also, the homeowner can update the scope of work at any point during the production process in order to meet their vision. 

McGraw Construction has completed hundreds of home renovations. We specialize in planning and designing for remodels.
